- Formation Of 210 Self Help Groups Covering 2000 Women Around The Project Area, (12 Villages Of Block Hathin, District Palwal.)
- All Groups Trained In Group Formation, Group Dynamics And Book Keeping.
- 170 Groups Credit Linked. 50 Groups Have Finished 1st Round Of Loaning Cycle. They Are Into Second Loan Cycle.
- Formation Of Village Level Federation In Eight Villages Of Bhanguri, Swamika, Ferozepur Rajput, Bighawli, Gehlab And Chainsa., Hathin And Hudithal.)
- Block level federation registered under the name of Navchetna Mahila Block Federation Hathin. The Federation has membership of 1000 women. These women have started saving of Rs.100 per month. The records of the Federation are computerised fully. They are into second loan cycle.
- The federation, primarily set up to make affordable credit available to the women at door step, has already circulated over Rs. 3 lakh out of their own savings. 10 lakh of external fund is also under circulation. The recovery is hundred percent.)
- Navchetna Mahila Block Federation is of the Women, by the Women, For the Women. Around 1000 women have enrolled themselves under Navchetna Mahila Block federation and are saving Rs.100 per month. Within 6 months of its inception, the Federation has rotated more than Rs.3.50 lakh among its members out of their own savings. The repayment is cent percent. Looking at the systems and track record of members, external funding of Rs.10 lakh has been received on commercial terms for onward lending to the women.
- Social capital of over 200 articulate women created. Currently they are being trained in leadership roles to manage various interventions proposed by the Federation.)
- Individual loan for 50 dairy entrepreneurs @ Rs.1,00,000 each done through Syndicate Bank. 100% loan recovery.
- Saving mobilized of 10 million.. Loan mobilized over Rs. 150 million.)
- 75 illiterate women from three villages (Swamika, Chainsa, and Bigahwli undergone basic literacy program of 3 months with partner Development Alternatives (DA). Four of them gainfully employed in running school/crèche in Chainsa village.
